    Shipping Policy

    We do not charge for shipments within the U.S.A. However, we are required to charge sales tax if you are shipping to a Virginia state address. We do not collect sales tax for any other state. If shipping domestically, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days. We have a $20.00 flat rate international shipping charge on all orders. When shipping internationally, you can expect to receive your order within 10-20 business days. ​ If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@buklihaircare.com to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, your credit card will not be charged. If the order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, please refer to our Return Policy. Return and Exchange Policy We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the remaining unused product within 30 days from the purchase date. We unfortunately cannot receive returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at BukliHaircare.com. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and/or sale items cannot be returned for a refund. To return items to BukliHaircare.com, please follow these three easy steps: 1. Send an e-mail to info@buklihaircare.com with your order number (if you don't have it—please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. We will e-mail you a return authorization form to be included in your return package. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your return shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. 2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment. Be sure to include the return authorization form in your package. 3. All return packages must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL and should be mailed to: GSC Inc. Attn: Bukli Haircare Return 1010 Obici Industrial Blvd Sufolk, VA 23432 Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
    When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

    Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

    How do you get my consent?

    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

    We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

    Payment:

    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
